Cruise T-Shirts
A lot of cruise t-shirts are poor quality. Many of them use subpar methods such as direct to garment printing, heat transfer printing, or vinyl transfers. While these may be more affordable for one-offs or offer full-color printing, they don't hold up very well to washing. I believe cruise t-shirts should be worn during the cruise and last long enough to be enjoyed for years to come which is why your cruise t-shirts will be screenprinted. Screenprinted t-shirts are incredibly durable and will last for years even with regular wear. I typically recommend Gildan DryBlend t-shirts or a similar blended t-shirt by Port & Co for affordable and durability, but 100% cotton and other options are available.

Minimums and Pricing
There is a minimum of 12 t-shirts per order, but you can mix and match the colors of the shirts. The colors of ink you print on them have to be the same for each batch though. Ink can be printed in 1, 2, 3, or 4 colors. Each color of printing is an additional charge because each one is printed separately in its own layer. This is what leads to the durable nature of screenprinted t-shirts. Most t-shirts I design for people fall between $10-15 each in smaller quantities of 12-24 shirts.
Design Fees for Custom Cruise T-Shirts
There is a one-time design fee of $100. If your t-shirt design is one that we believe we can reuse, we may waive this fee.
